If you are on a subscription plan, you have access to data on all of your pickups. On your dashboard, select your “Impact” tab. In addition to the total numbers you will immediately see, in the top right-hand corner, you can click on the arrow tool, which will allow you to export a spreadsheet that details data for each pickup.
In the case that your export has some days where the spreadsheet cells simply say “no data provided”, this is because in our emerging markets, and on very busy days in established markets, we work with a third party service to complete some of our pickups. If you’re very interested in getting information for pickups that wasn’t provided, please reach out to our Support Team and we will work with you to collect more data in the future.
